GROUP SIZE:

Please let us know how many people are in your group. You may include your family members and caregivers. Bring as many people as you need for your care and comfort.

SAIL DETAILS:

Parking, soft drinks and water are included.

Boats, Captain and Crew are Coast Guard approved and certified. Boats are equipped with life jackets, blankets and a restroom. In the case of inclement weather the trip will be postponed and you will be notified.

ON BOARD HEALING:

SOS rotates healthcare professionals on board while sailing such as a certified nutritionist to discuss healthy diet choices, yoga instructors who offer a mini yoga experience, meditation instructors, reflexologist, and other wellness professionals. The goal is to provide healing both on the boat and off by giving our guests knowledge and healing tools they can use at home.

BY SUBMITING THIS FORM I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PHOTO RELEASE AGGREMENT:

I hereby grant and authorize Soothe Our Souls (S.O.S.) a non-profit, the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Soothe Our Souls (S.O.S.) and will not be returned.

here's what to expect next!

STEP 1: Complete the Registration Form Above

Submit the online SOS registration form to register for an upcoming Sunday sail.

STEP 2: Phone Qualification

SOS will call you to perform a phone qualification for approval to sail.

STEP 3: Mark Your Calendar!

Once you're approved to sail, make sure you mark your calendar for the appropriate date.

STEP 4: Dress to Sail

Be sure to dress comfortably and pack any items you want to have with you on the sail. We recommend sunscreen, sun glasses, hat, jacket, comfortable shoes, and a snack if needed. Water and soft drinks are served on board.

STEP 5: Have Directions

Make sure you have directions and instructions so you're able to arrive at the dock on time.

STEP 6: Check In

Arrive at the dock by 9am to check in with a SOS volunteer.

STEP 7: Set Sail!

After boarding all passengers, SOS will embark on your sail through the Boca Ciega Bay.

CONNECT WITH OTHERS

Enjoy the company of those onboard that relate while you relax and enjoy your respite on the bay.

ENJOY NATURE

Take in the sights and sounds of nature including dolphins, birds, and everything the Boca Ciega Bay has to offer.

MOVEMENT INSTRUCTION

Several types of movement modalities are taught to guests while onboard to encourage self-care both on and off the boat.

MEDITATE

Meditation instruction is often taught while sailing. Giving the gift of peace that can be taught on board and then used while off the boat and at home.

MAN THE HELM!

Assist the captain in manning the helm.

RETURN BACK TO THE DOCK

Arrive back at the dock by 11:30am.
