MINDFUL SOUND FULL MOON
KIRTAN with LADY ANNE

During the Full Moon the energy is ripe for releasing what no longer serves us to start anew. Learn how music, vibration, and mantra can help move us through blocks and clear our path. Incorporating elements of Nada and Bhakti yoga traditions, Lady Anne will be leading everyone with Songs of Love, Light, and Peace.
This is a workshop to learn about the healing energy of sound, music, and vibration. The songs or mantras are sung in a repetitive fashion focusing on certain vowel sounds to move and clear blocked or stagnant energy. The songs are traditionally sung in the ancient yoga language Sanskrit but also in English.
Bring your own yoga mat/blanket and water bottle to be comfy. Please arrive about 15 minutes early to get settled in.

The Women’s Circle workshop, facilitated by Ana Rubenstein and Deja Cross / Tejasvi Giri Ma, provides women of all ages and walks of life with a supportive environment for exploring physical, emotional and mental well-being tools, including short meditations and breathing exercises for relaxation, and body movement to release tension, encourage playfulness, and reconnection with the flow of feminine energy. Participants will be guided to write short texts (don't worry, no grammar, punctuation, or structure needed) as a wellness and healing tool. Come share yourself with us and co-create the next Women’s Circle.
