A monthly class that provides an introduction to habits that can improve overall wellness. With each class offering different instructions, students enjoy exposure to a variety of wellness methods. An opportunity to learn about mind, body, nutritional, and artistic practices to enhance one’s daily life. Introduction to different types of healing modalities such as yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, art instruction, nutritional discussions, reflexology, massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic care, Reiki, basic stretching and movement exercises.
Joining together with local wellness professionals to provide an evening of topics focused on enhancing health and connecting with others.
