Soothe Our Souls has a rotation of health practitioners and wellness professionals who teach short instruction aboard each sail based on self-care techniques such as meditation, yoga, basic stretching, breathing techniques, nutrition, sound bowls, and reflexology.

SOS also hosts a monthly self-care class at the Treasure Island Waterfront Event Venue. The class topics are based on MEDITATION, MOVEMENT, and ART. SOS brings in wellness professionals and instructors who teach skills, hobbies, and activities that aid in self-care and healing.
